  • If your rights were granted at a Clemency Meeting, you will need to contact our office for a copy of your EXECUTIVE ORDER.
  • Executive Orders for other forms of Clemency Granted such as Pardons, Firearm Authority, Remission of Fines, or Commutation of Sentence can be obtained by contacting this office.
  • If a more recent felony conviction has occurred after the date granted on the certificate, you will need to contact the Office of Executive Clemency to verify your current status or to request information on eligibility to have your rights restored again.
